The AI-Driven Enterprise
The single most requested talk. Paul walks executive audiences through the structural shifts that separate organizations that win the AI decade from those that do not. The 30-Minute Startup
Paul builds a brand-new company live from scratch by stitching together up to 10 AI tools in just 30 minutes. Practical, fast, and tool-ready.
Talking points
- The 24-step DE framework in one session
- How to find a beachhead market without wasting 6 months
